2. Products & Product Information
2.1 We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography, and errors may occasionally happen.
2.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors, update product information, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
2.3 All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
2.4 All items sold are original and authentic unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not sell counterfeit or replica goods.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in MYR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated at checkout.
3.2 We accept major payment methods including FPX, credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets through our secure payment gateways.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time you place your order will be honoured, except in the case of a genuine pricing error (see Section 2.2).
3.4 Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We currently ship to Malaysia. If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
4.2 Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery is [3–5] working days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
4.3 Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and inspect your parcel upon arrival.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
5.1 You may request a return or exchange within [3–5] days of receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy and the conditions below.
5.2 To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, tags, and packaging.

5.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
